The specialist finance adviser was instructed by the client to refinance the loan on the asset and received three competing offers.

The client was provided with the offers and chose a competitively priced bridging loan.

The loan – which was provided at 62.5% LTV at an all in rate of 7.95% pa – was completed just three weeks after professionals were instructed.
